With such visually and sonically stunning woods as these, the Exotic Wood Series lives up to its name and then some. 2009 marks the debut of the first solid top EW model, the EW50, with Monkey Pod back and sides and a solid Monkey Pod top. There are even two new models in cocobolo and spalted mangowood. All acoustic-electric models are complemented by the warmth of the B-Band® USTTM pickup combined with the Ibanez SRTn pre-amp.
