Max Bustamante is a professional jazz saxophonist in the east valley with 6 years of teaching experience and over 12 years of musical experience. He has many years of experience with multiple instruments including all woodwinds, upright bass, and piano.
Max is currently in his final year at ASU for Music Education with a Jazz Emphasis and has played in many groups such as jazz big bands, latin/funk/fusion combos, symphonic bands, and concert choirs. He also is a frequent member of many jazz jam session house bands. At an early age, he had received many accolades and awards in both jazz and classical genres. He currently studies with many college professors around the valley such as Adam Roberts, Vince Theifain, Ray Lebert, Paul Brewer, Nick Manson, and many others.
